Warning, this little section is going to piss a lot of you off. You came to me for straight forward correcting of misinformation: no bullshit, no fluff, so here it is:
Healer’s Gold is often recommended for healers to “restore” themselves after a healing session. Bottom line: If you are drained after doing a “healing” session, you aren’t doing it right. The only reasons to be drained are:
- A) You’re using your personal life force energy, which is a huge no-no. You are a channel for various types of healing energy to run through you to your client, which is only ever healing and energizing for the person running that energy, period.
- B) You are taking on other people’s shit, which wouldn’t happen if you were properly trained on how to open up below and sweep negative, harmful, stagnant energy from your client through their Earth Star chakra into the Earth, period.
